5.2 Discussion: Action Plans

You have worked hard, trained for the race for months, bought the special running shoes, and eaten all the right things. You did your stretches before the race and prepared for that starting gun. You started strong, kept up the pace, and neared that final prize. But, in those final steps, you stop short, not crossing the finish line. Would you run a long race, only to stop steps away from the finish line? The same holds true for strategic plans. Building the plan and creating goals accomplishes nothing without those final implementation steps. Sometimes barriers arise in the implementation process. In this assignment, you will discuss methods to remove barriers and implement strategies. Don’t stop short of the finish line. Cross the line and win the race.
